Arteale’s activity is transversal
Starting from the need for a legal systemic change, we have been aware that everything is interconnected. EHC is a public-private partnership project, which was born thanks to the suppport of the citizens.
At the begining, Arteale does not focus on any specific sector. Priority is determined by the needs identified and the potential of its development towards the construction of and open and inclusive society. Develop several pilots focus in applying collaborative law, design thinking, U theory, amoung other social innovations in different fields, labor conflicts, inclusive work for people with disabilities. Since 2020 only focus on EHC.
True to the meaning of its name in Basque language -«fruit of Art»- ArTeale combines art and creativity with Emotion and Communication New Technologies, thus becoming a referent at both national and international levels. ArTeale combines local commitment and global vocation.
Development of a new concept of Justice for the 21st century
Flourishing of a Collaborative Era in which we will work in a non-confront- ing and non-adversarial manner, within a network, ‘interdisciplinarily’ and combining different professional sectors.

ArTeale carries implicit in its name the TEAL paradigm of a flexible and self-sustaining organisation, non-hierarchical and based on
