Position Description:
As COO – Financial Profile at Empty Homes Collaborative (EHC), you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing budgets, and monitoring cash flow. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial viability and long-term sustainability of our projects.
This is a part-time, remote position requiring a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Candidates with a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) will be highly valued.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and process financial data, identify opportunities within B2B startup and sales-driven business projects, detect trends, and develop recommendations based on identified opportunities and results achieved to date.
- Proven experience in finance and financial statement management, with a focus on developing sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
- Educational background and expertise in accounting, enabling the preparation and management of financial reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience managing the finances of social impact, nonprofit, or collaborative projects will be considered a strong asset, as will proficiency with financial technology tools and digital finance management platforms.
