This results in millions and millions of empty homes worldwide, which has a major impact on the climate crisis, the housing crisis, and territorial imbalance.
There are more than 100 million empty homes in just 33 countries around the world
What for?
Increasing the housing supply by making use of the existing stock is a clear example of circular economy.
Each home that is reused has an impact equivalent to planting 4,000 trees, instead of building a new 90 m² home in the city.
