Since the application was submitted to the European Commission in COVID Lockdown, in 2020 the project so far (2023) has evolved a lot.

Learned Lessons:

No traditional rentals: Systemic Legal risk e.g., appeal non refugees.

Tripled the volume: from 11 million Empty Homes to 32 in EU.

Huge environmental impact. The sustainability of the project will come from environmental impact rather than from Housing Right.
